This project aims to optimize and secure a Salesforce Service Cloud environment within a public sector organization. Key Objectives:

• Enhance Service Cloud Functionality: Implement tailored Salesforce customizations and integrations to streamline service delivery processes and improve overall user experience.
• Strengthen Security Posture: Fortify the Salesforce environment by implementing robust security measures and adhering to relevant compliance standards, such as FedRAMP.
• Optimize Integration with External Systems: Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, including those on Azure, to ensure data consistency and facilitate efficient workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Salesforce Expertise: Proven track record in Salesforce development and administration, with a deep understanding of Service Cloud features and best practices.
