Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to work with our global clients in designing, building, and implementing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including creating customer journeys, writing custom scripts, and optimizing marketing processes. This role offers flexibility to work as a part-time, contract, or full-time team member, depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder.
• Build and optimize customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and campaign automations.
• Write custom scripts using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for dynamic email content and personalization.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Marketing Cloud configurations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in marketing campaigns.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions and processes implemented.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and JavaScript (SSJS).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM or other external systems.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for Marketing Cloud integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist).
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience with Mobile Studio, Interaction Studio, and Advertising Studio.
• Understanding of Einstein Analytics and AI-based marketing solutions.
