This project aims to Salesforce platform capabilities by recruiting a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. Key Objectives:

• Strengthen Salesforce Development Team: Recruit a seasoned Salesforce Developer to augment the existing team and enhance their capabilities.
• Optimize Salesforce Platform: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce performance and efficiency.
• Deliver Custom Solutions: Develop tailored Salesforce applications to address specific business needs and drive value.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong emphasis on APEX and Visualforce development.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and APIs.
• Salesforce Developer Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Lightning Components, Workflows, Triggers, REST API, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in exporting, reporting, and publishing information from Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Salesforce Administration and Configuration (Sites, Security, CORS, Connected Apps, etc.).
