Summary
This project aims to implement, optimize, and leverage the power of Salesforce Data Cloud to create a unified customer data platform (CDP). This platform will enable us to gain a 360-degree view of our customers, segment them based on behavior and needs, and activate personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Project Goals:
- Data Unification: Break down data silos and create a single source of truth for customer information.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop granular customer segments based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Personalized Engagement: Deliver targeted marketing campaigns, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service experiences.
