Summary

To engage a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with our client's strategic business objectives. This engagement will enhance our client's marketing automation capabilities, drive customer engagement, and optimize marketing ROI.

Scope of Work:

1. Solution Architecture:
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand the client's marketing automation requirements, business processes, and data needs.
• Design and develop a comprehensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture that meets the client's specific needs, including data integration, automation workflows, and campaign execution.
• Define and document technical specifications, data flows, and integration points.
2. Implementation and Configuration:
• Customize and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder, to optimize marketing campaigns and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Develop and implement data integration strategies, leveraging APIs and connectors to seamlessly integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources.
• Configure automation workflows, triggers, and rules to automate marketing processes and streamline operations.
3. Integration and Data Management:
• Design and implement robust data integration strategies to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems, including CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain data quality processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Optimize data models and queries to improve performance and scalability.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution.
• Identify and resolve issues and defects to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with the client's quality assurance team to establish testing standards and procedures.
5. Training and Knowledge Transfer:
• Provide comprehensive training to the client's marketing team on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop detailed documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance.
• Transfer knowledge and best practices to the client's team to ensure long-term success.
6. Ongoing Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to address any issues or enhancements required.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential problems.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices to ensure the solution remains optimized.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect or similar role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, data model, and core functionalities.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages (AMPscript, SQL) and APIs.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex data integrations using APIs and connectors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Architect certifications preferred.
