Scope of Work:

1. Salesforce Development and Customization:
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions on the SFI Communications Cloud platform to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement TMF Open API integrations to streamline data exchange and enhance system functionality.
• Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability to handle increased data volumes and user loads.
• Address complex Salesforce issues and provide timely solutions to minimize system downtime.
2. Technical Architecture and Best Practices:
• Collaborate with the architecture team to define and implement Salesforce technical architecture standards.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security guidelines.
• Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce system performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
3. IAM and Security:
• Apply basic IAM principles to safeguard sensitive Salesforce data and user access.
• Implement robust security measures to protect the Salesforce environment from potential threats.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Deep understanding of Salesforce Industries (SFI) Communications Cloud platform
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with TMF Open API integration and data migration
• Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including security, performance tuning, and data governance
