Must-have qualifications
• 10 years’ senior technical leadership (CTO, Head of AI, Distinguished Engineer) with production AI/ML at scale.
• Proven experience in system design, safety/ threat modelling, model/eval frameworks, or shipping LLM/agent features.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; history of producing decision-ready artifacts (ADRs, diagrams, audits).
Nice-to-have
• Deep experience in regulated health or clinical AI (privacy, DPIA, audit trails).
• Prior fractional/advisory or board-level experience advising engineering/AI teams.
