Project Overview:
I need a custom AI agent that continuously researches, ranks, and writes about We Buy Houses companies in Denver, Colorado. This agent will collect real business data (reviews, BBB, Google Business Profiles), compute trust scores, and draft SEO content that I can review and publish to WordPress.

Core Deliverables:

Data Collector:
Pull company info from Google Business, BBB, Yelp APIs

Store results with ratings, review recency, and closing speed claims

Scoring Engine:

Calculate BuyerTrustScore (custom weighted formula)

Identify local vs national companies

LLM Content Generator:

Insert citations and last-verified timestamps

Conversation Interface:

Chat-based or dashboard interface so I can ask things like
