Summary
This project proposes the implementation of an enhanced Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform to streamline customer interactions, improve internal workflows, and drive data-driven decision making.
Project Scope
- Platform Configuration: We will leverage our expertise in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience to configure the platform for optimal efficiency and user experience.
- Cloud and Development Environments: We will create dedicated Sandbox and Enterprise development environments to facilitate secure testing and customization.
- Cloud Solutions Integration: Integrate relevant Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, or Health) to seamlessly manage all customer touchpoints.
- System Integration: Integrate SFDC with existing business solutions like JIRA, ERP, CRM, and BI tools for centralized data management and reporting.
Project Team
