Summary

This project proposes the implementation of an enhanced Salesforce.com (SFDC) platform to streamline customer interactions, improve internal workflows, and drive data-driven decision making.

Project Scope

• Platform Configuration: We will leverage our expertise in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience to configure the platform for optimal efficiency and user experience.
• Cloud and Development Environments: We will create dedicated Sandbox and Enterprise development environments to facilitate secure testing and customization.
• Cloud Solutions Integration: Integrate relevant Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, or Health) to seamlessly manage all customer touchpoints.
• System Integration: Integrate SFDC with existing business solutions like JIRA, ERP, CRM, and BI tools for centralized data management and reporting.

Project Team

A dedicated team with extensive experience will be assembled, comprising professionals with:

• 2 years of experience in JIRA, ERP, CRM, and BI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration, Classic/Lightning Experience, AppExchange, and best practices.
