Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Sales Cloud QA/Tester to ensure the delivery of high-quality, error-free solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud testing, with experience in manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements. This role offers flexibility to work as a part-time, contract, or full-time team member, depending on your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on business and technical requirements.
• Conduct manual testing of Salesforce functionalities, including workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
• Utilize automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar) for regression and performance testing.
• Validate Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a detailed and organized manner.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during deployment.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and QA standards across all testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a QA/tester, with at least 2 years in Salesforce Sales Cloud testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and configurations.
• Proficiency in manual testing processes and techniques.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar.
• Familiarity with testing Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation skills for test plans, reports, and defect tracking.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
