Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer to work with our esteemed clients, providing innovative solutions that enhance sales processes and operational efficiency. This role offers flexibility to work as a part-time, contract, or full-time team member, depending on your availability and preferences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Develop custom applications and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Configure and optimize Salesforce features, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through effective data management strategies.
  • Provide detailed technical documentation for solutions delivered.
  • Conduct unit testing and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and functionalities.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and client interaction experience.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics.
