Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Community cloud/Experience Cloud Freelancer to lead the design, configuration, and rollout of a Salesforce Experience community Cloud site for our team of five users. This is a short-term engagement for 2-3 weeks, and the ideal candidate should be available to start immediately. The primary focus is to create a user-friendly, branded digital experience that meets our team's requirements with minimal development effort.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience Cloud Rollout:
Build and deploy a Salesforce community Cloud site using Experience Builder for a team of five users. - Configuration and Customization:
Configure the Experience Cloud sites UI, page layouts, navigation menus, branding, and components to create a cohesive and intuitive user experience. - User Access and Permissions:
Set up user profiles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate access for each user. - Training and Documentation:
Provide training sessions and create user guides or documentation to support our team in navigating and using the Experience Cloud site effectively. - Testing and Optimization:
Perform testing and make adjustments to ensure the site functions optimally across different devices and browsers. - Support and Handoff:
Ensure a smooth handoff and provide any final support during the launch phase.
