- Integrate data into a centralized data warehouse or data lake for efficient analysis.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Employ advanced statistical techniques and data mining algorithms to uncover valuable insights.
- Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and support interactions to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer churn and proactively address potential issues.
- Segment customer base based on various criteria to tailor support and engagement strategies.
- Data Visualization and Reporting:
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize key metrics and trends.
