Summary

To elevate our data analytics capabilities by hiring a highly skilled Senior Power BI Architect. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Power BI solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Power BI Architecture and Development:
• Design and implement robust and scalable Power BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Optimize Power BI performance through effective data modeling, DAX optimization, and efficient query design.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like CoPilot to streamline report creation and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
2. Data Integration and Governance:
• Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive data catalog and metadata management system.
3. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
• Mentor and guide team members on Power BI best practices, data modeling techniques, and DAX optimization.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Power BI architecture, development, and data modeling.
