Project Objectives

Project Scope

The proposed Senior Technical Lead will spearhead the following initiatives:

1. Best Practice Development:
• Define and document corporate-level Salesforce development standards.
• Ensure practices are current, scalable, and align with industry best practices.
2. Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance standards for Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
3. Quality Assurance:
• Conduct regular audits and technical reviews of Salesforce projects.
• Identify and address technical gaps and areas for improvement.
4. Architecture & Integration:
• Collaborate on establishing and evaluating Salesforce architecture for new projects.
• Identify and solve integration challenges with external applications.
5. Technical Expertise:
• Provide subject matter expertise for design and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide mentorship.
6. CI/CD Implementation:
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado to streamline development and deployment.
7. Client Focus:
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for government clients in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
• Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
8. Documentation & Communication:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for established practices and performance criteria.
• Effectively communicate technical designs and architecture choices to both business and technical stakeholders.
