  • Capacity Modeling and Territory Planning:
    • Support capacity modeling and territory planning to optimize resource allocation.
    • Design and maintain territory assignments that balance workloads and maximize sales potential.
  • Quota and Compensation:
    • Calculate sales quotas, ramp periods, and compensation models.
    • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate quota setting and commission calculations.
    • Develop tools to provide clarity on compensation structures.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes and track their impact.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis:
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
    • Provide analytical support for sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and other projects.
